To Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technological, financial, and administrative measures required to transition to electric vehicles.
To Address ground-level infrastructural implementation challenges and find ways to finance them.
To Exchange information and best practices for electrifying public transportation, including technological, financial, and administrative measures.
To Discuss cross-cutting issues like charging optimization, asset utilization, and innovative business models.
To Foster stakeholder cooperation to promote sustainable public transport in Kolkata.
